Join our one-day workshop to explore Organisational Resilience, understanding key global shifts, potential implications, and general strategies to follow. developed in an engaging, interactive environment.

I. What it is

A one-day awareness building and exchange event that contains the following elements:

Review of some of the big picture conditions and dynamics.
Exchange around the potential implications.
Identification of key risks and opportunities.
Introduction to Organisational Resilience and why it is important.
Some key approaches to strengthen Resilience of organisations.
Exchange around how Organisational Resilience could be strengthened in the context of participants.

This event is highly interactive, and participants will be asked to actively participate and provide inputs to the activity. The workshop may at times challenge conventional perspectives and narratives.

This workshop can be extended in length to explore certain elements in more depth. It can also be combined with the ‘Training Organisational Resilience’ to form a two- or three-day event depending on requirements.

II. Objective

To raise the level of awareness of participants on major global and regional shifts and potential implications, on the need for integrating Resilience in Organisations, what it is, and explore ways in which Organisational Resilience could be strengthened in the context of participants.

III. Who it is for

This activity could potentially be interesting for several actors:

Companies and Not-for-Profit organisations who want to raise awareness on shifting contexts and Organisational Resilience.
Authorities who want to raise awareness on the need to manage risks and build Resilience of local companies and organisations.
Umbrella organisations (e.g. trade and professional associations, federations) who want to raise awareness in their members.
Unrest, riot, protest

IV. Practicalities

The location for the activity is chosen by the client. For infrastructure, a standard meeting room will suffice. Alternatively, with enough lead time, the full activity can be organised by Resilience Reclaimed.

Group size can be between 8 and 24 participants, with an ideal group size of 12 to 18 persons.

To ensure optimal results and a good dynamic in the activity, participants are expected to be able to focus fully on the workshop for the time of the event, and be present for the full length of the activity.
