d. Business Continuity Programme

Setting up a Business Continuity Programme that puts in place and supports systems for the sustainable strategic, tactical, and operational continuity of business activities.

This is a formal and thorough approach that asks for a substantial commitment of the organisation. This approach is based on the BCI Good Practice Guidelines (Resilience Reclaimed is certified in this approach) and the standard ISO 22301:2019.

To set up a sustainable Business Continuity Programme that will strengthen the ability of an organisation to continue the delivery, at an acceptable defined level, of key products or services following disruption or stress.
